
The Haltiala domestic animal yard offers an excellent way to spend time in a peaceful countryside setting within the capital region. At the animal yard, you can admire sheep, cows, pigs, chickens, horses, alpacas, goats, and ponies. The domestic animal yard is completely free of charge for all visitors.

Most of the farm's paid activities are located along Kuninkaantammentie, just behind the main Haltiala courtyard and buildings, with the exception of the Treasure Hunt and pony rides.

A total of 15 portable toilets, including an accessible restroom, are located within the farm courtyard behind the café and the Flatbread Pizzeria. Baby changing facilities are available in both the accessible restroom and the Haltiala café.
The courtyard areas of the petting zoo have gravel surfaces. During the summer, all animals are out in the pastures. Some of these pastures are located along the roadside and are accessible by wheelchair. However, the pastures located along the river are not fully accessible. Outside the summer season, the sheep barn is open occasionally but is not wheelchair accessible.
Please note! Grilling and open fires are strictly prohibited on the farm grounds.
